Last week, I had a day with no work projects lined up. Instead of being lazy and watching TV (like I was seriously tempted to do), I decided to do something productive and play around with some of my new recording software.
This is what I came up with.

PS - if you know me well, you know that I HATE Katy Perry. But this song has really grown on me, because she actually uses her head voice, instead of trying to use her gutteral/strangled goat sound.
PPS - The strings actually sound pretty dang good when it's not compressed.
