Wow. SO many amazing things have happened this week. I'm so incredibly blessed right now. This week, I was able to have more time to relax. It's so great not to have to worry about going somewhere to work every night.
Even though I spent plenty of time relaxing, I finished two big projects that I've been working on. AND! I got completely readmitted into school and registered for classes beginning next month. Yep. I finally know what I want to do with my life, and I'm getting it done. I'm stoked. I have to take a math placement test in order to get into the math class I need since it's been so long, and I actually got excited while taking a practice test. I got excited working on algebra. Dang! I've been away from school way too long.
Other things that have made me happy this week:
*Talking with my friend, Esther, for over an hour (we haven't talked since December)
*Spending time with my friend, Rachel, who was in town this weekend
*Poseidon!!!! (I know, it was pretty lame- but so was the original, and I love both)
*Having one of the most awesome Bishops ever
*SNL sketches that make fun of Myspace
*My newest nephew is freaking adorable- especially now that he's getting chubbier
*Being told by an awesome friend that I'm a good example
*Taking the time to teach myself the AMAZING piano part from Darren Hayes' cover of Peter Gabriel's "In Your Eyes"
*Being smart enough to type my blog in a different program and then importing it into Myspace to avoid accidentally deleting it again...
*Finding one of my favorite music videos ever to post on Myspace
*Mission: Impossible III didn't do as well as the producers, etc. thought it would. I'll still go at some point, but I LOVE that Tom Cruise's popularity is fading because of his lame antics over the past year. To quote the Very Merry Unauthorized Children's Scientology Pageant: "Hey! It's a happy day!"
